Kitchen
This kitchen provides room for your family to prepare meals together, entertain friends or set a romantic table for two.  It is versatile for all groups.The kitchen has a large island for prepping which accommodates 8 stools for gathering. It features full size modern appliances, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with water and ice maker dispensed from door. We have a fully stocked kitchen, and we work hard to anticipate your every need. We also supply paper towels , tinfoil, parchment paper,  ziplock bags, plastic wrap etc.

Living room 
Open to the kitchen, this nautically decorated seating area has a flat screen smart TV. The door in this room takes you out to the front porch to enjoy the spacious front yard which is great to relax, play lawn games or sit by the campfire.  

Bathrooms
We supply, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, basic first aid kit and blowdryer.  *Please do not take our towels to the beach*

Main bathroom - tub and shower combination, toilet, sink.

Ensuite-  soaker tub, shower unit, toilet, sink

Powder Room in Basement - toilet & sink

Rec Room- lower floor
Great for family movie night after an active day at the beach.
Pool table, 75 inch flat screen smart TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Amazon Fire Stick, DVD player, selection of DVDs. Pub table with chairs and seating area.

Laundry Room
Full size washer and dryer - detergent, baskets etc. provided.

Hot tub on the back deck for guests  to enjoy.  It is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking.
